The house, Thouvenin, and the gite, L’Ecurie can be booked individually or together. The pool is shared between them.

The price per week for the house runs from £395 to £1,450 depending on season. The price for the gite runs from £295 to £775. As you might expect, July & August book first and are the most expensive periods. If both are booked together, or for stays over a week, please enquire about discounts.

Between May & September the minimum booking period is one week and bookings run from Saturday pm to Saturday am. L’Ecurie is not available between November and February. The heated pool is open when the weather is appropriate, normally April-October.

All heating, gas and electricity are included in bookings April - October. Linen is provided and changed weekly for longer stays. Bath and hand towels are also provided. Bring your own towels for the beach and pool. 

Properties are cleaned before guests arrive. Further cleaning is not included and we ask guests to leave the properties in the condition they found them. A minimum charge of £50 is made where necessary.

Payment is  by 20% deposit; the balance and a refundable £100 breakage deposit 8 weeks in advance.

Contact us using the button below with your name, address, dates/property required and the size of the party including the age of any children 16 or under. An evening/daytime phone number would be helpful.

The enquiry obviously does not constitute a booking: we’ll send you more details and only when you tell us do so, do we send the booking contract.

The properties are owned by Antony & Linda Bellekom. We live in England. English-speaking caretakers live a couple of miles away from the houses.
